Designs has been a fixture on El Toro Road since 2015. Two senior stylists, two nail technicians, and a back room that doubles as a small color station — the salon never grew beyond the bones it was opened with on purpose.
Hair work runs from single-process color and balayage through bridal updos, with bond-builder included on every chemical service at no extra charge. Nail work is structured gel, builder-gel extensions, and hand-painted art with the kind of reference work that only happens when the technician has the time.
Same day combo appointments — cut and color and gel together — are blocked back-to-back so you walk out finished, not halfway through.
